Must read ‼️‼️ *An eye opening message for every Indian out there*. Karlakattai practice dates back to at-least 60000 years old when we look back in the history. A practice originated and rooted from India ( Tamilnadu) have become very popular in other countries like America, china, Japan and European countries knowing its benefits over every other strength training practices ever. If you think walking and yoga is enough as we age , think again.
Strength/weight training is inevitable for both men and women as we age . Random aching , weakness and feeling soft may be common but not normal. Particularly for women once their estrogen starts to drop in their 30s it’s high time they should have already included strength training in their regimen. Lack of strength/ weight training will cause steep reduction in muscle mass , bone density ,metabolism and organ health.
When we go back in history Indians were not always like this. We were always doing warrior strength training practices like Karlakattai/ mugdar in our ancient times, Which will not only work on muscles and bone density but also accentuates nervous system, with its unique neuromuscular, multi dimensional practice which was superior to all the strength training practice and we were far ahead than everyone else. Then when did everything change ? During British rule they did not want Indians to be strong and healthy and banned practicing ancient practices like Karlakattai/ mugdar, which They took it from us and now they are practicing it in the name of Indian clubs. We were always eating protein rich diet. They spread the famine which altered our DNA. It’s high time we need to incorporate our genetic practices and connect back to our root and become stronger version of ourselves. 💪
let’s do what we are supposed to do and make our community stronger. Dm to know about our exciting courses.
