Fun for all the family, the park features both a 3km track for adults and a 1.5km track for children. OCR Park has also been specifically designed to be accessible for people of determination, with dedicated classes and specialist staff on site to assist. OCR Park will give people the chance to improve their fitness and build on their confidence, and is a fun and inclusive challenge for all. Open

seven days a week from 6am – 9pm, the OCR Park course tests participant’s physical strength, stamina, and mental boundaries, with challenges along the way that are demanding on both the body, as well as the mind. It features eight exciting obstacles and eight fitness stations for adults, and six obstacles for children which are stationed over varied and dynamic terrain.
