SEFA is proud to announce a new partnership with The Futsal Academy, with a shared ambition to grow futsal and create more high-quality opportunities for young players across Abu Dhabi.
The partnership will begin with specialist futsal training and competitive game formats for boys and girls aged 6–14, providing a platform for players to develop their technical ability, speed of play, creativity and decision-making in one of the world’s fastest-growing formats of football.
Our long-term vision is to build a stronger futsal pathway in the capital through specialist training programmes, competitive leagues, school partnerships and community events.
An exciting addition to this partnership is The Futsal Academy’s recent collaboration with the UAE Football Association, creating a pathway to the UAE Women’s National Futsal Team. This pathway will now be available to girls participating in our joint futsal programme in Abu Dhabi, providing talented young players with an exciting opportunity to progress within the game.
Together, SEFA and The Futsal Academy are committed to raising the standard of futsal in Abu Dhabi and giving young players more opportunities to learn, compete and express themselves.
