I hold my hand up 🖐 my nutrition has been a tad off course lately with me "hoovering up" everything in sight which had set off a vicious circle of consuming all that is not healthy & nutritious!
My strength has not suffered,in fact, it has increased, but, so has my squidgy belly!
Last night was the final straw - time to take action and "get back on the wagon"
Training plan has now been tweaked and a weekly shop/eating plan created to ensure sufficient carbs are consumed post-workout (my downfall, insufficient carbs lead to hunger pangs which equals "hoovering up rubbish").
It is easy to fall off the wagon, but harder to get back on - the longer you leave it, the more challenging it will be x
