Everyone as them own breakdowns, them obsessions them cravings, bad lifestyle, the “I don’t care”, don’t give them selves the best they should give.
I’m not different from anyone, I reach a point in my life that I was not caring about myself like I care for the others, so I was eating compulsively and not caring about my health at all, one day I went to the dr and she said you need to take care of your self, the exames don’t show anything but your body is talking to you. I was having a break down, my body was complaining to me and I was not listening, at all.
I reach the weight of 74kg in August and in that time I decided to change my life or else something will happen. So I start eating better healthier, but wasn’t enough so I search help in September help me to get back on track, yo watch my food to me more committed to my workouts and it was simply amazing.
I start to eat better again, to commit to my workouts to practice meditation and yoga to calm down my mind, so I start to inline my body, mind and soul to one goal… not loosing weight just but to feel better with my self with my body and also with my mind.
Between the two pictures there is 8 or 9 kg difference, I’m very happy with the result but honestly I feel much better, not because I loose this kg just, I feel more energetic and worth more power.
Te workout is really important to create a good looking and a strong body while we are aging, but the food is definitely the most important choice that you have to do to change. Good nutrition is the fuel for your body, your energy.
Workout without a proper food is just a workout, food is what give you the energy to be stronger.
I highly recommend that you start now some changes in your life, eat better, train more, nourish your soul with some meditation.
