Starting could be the scariest thing to do ever🤗

Here is the thing what is the alternative to not starting that bream now even with the fear🙏

I will tell you, It is waking up a year later or even years later still at the place you are in right now reading this message and thinking to yourself where did the time go and wishing only if you had taken that step a while back🙌

So here is the thing, I understand and I get it. I have been there with you🤗

However scary it is today, a few steps in when the clarity and momentum starts building you will be happy you started because trust me - practice does make progress 🙌

And if you do not start you would not progress ✨

So today my goal is to 👉 Nudge you gently to 👉 BEGIN ANYWHERE👈

The person you need to be kindest to is yourself. 🤩

👉Forgive yourself - of any short comings and let go of the shame, guilt, and sadness you feel.

Grow from it, learn from the experience, and then let it go

👉Speak kindly to yourself - What stories are you telling yourself? Always check and Replace those negative self-talk with an encouraging and nurturing thought.

Make a list of things you like about yourself whenever you need encouragement read it to yourself.

👉Nourish your body - by prioritizing self care, moving your body daily, eating healthy meals, and paying attention to your body’s needs.

Nourish your mind by reading something that will enrich your mind at least 20 mins daily and limiting your daily online activities to reconnect with yourself.

Nourish your heart by loving and accepting yourself, creating healthy boundaries, and focusing on what you can control.

You are worth so much more than you think- treat yourself kindly 🤗

Sometimes all you need to do is take sometime and refocus your goals🤗

And that is okay 🤩

When you feel as thou you can’t continue - acknowledge that feeling and take the step back to realign your heart with your message - the get back at it✨

What you should not do is stop🙏

You can pause and start again as many times till you get full grasp of the path you are going🙌

My lesson in Self-awareness -

I find that the lessons I learn in my journey have always helped me serve better. 🙌

So I do not take the twist and turns I experience each day for granted. I intentionally pay attention to the process, the wins and also the failures🤩
