Stay Together as a Team
This is a group activity, not a race. Participants should maintain the group pace and avoid breaking away.

Sing While Running
The spirit of the run is to sing together while jogging. Choose simple songs that everyone can follow.

Respect the Pace Leader
The lead runner sets the pace and the songs. Everyone should follow the leader.

No Pushing or Overtaking
Maintain your position and keep the formation safe.

Be Loud and Energetic
Participate actively in the singing to keep the energy high and motivate the group.

Look Out for Each Other
If a teammate struggles, encourage them and keep the group spirit strong.

Follow the Route and Marshals
Always listen to event marshals and follow the designated running route.

Stay Hydrated and Prepared
Bring water if necessary and wear comfortable running gear.

Respect the Public and Traffic
Run on the correct side of the road and obey all safety instructions.

Finish Together Strong
The goal is unity, fun, fitness, and team spirit — everyone should finish together.
