Today.. please help me celebrate this lady right here.!! Its not easy to make that decision to START .. I've known Nozi for years and it took her forever to make that decision to CHANGE .!! Change for the better.. as mums we loose ourselves too easily.. and give up on ourselves.. changing that is up to you.. when will YOU be enough of bad habits and unhealthy lifestyle...?? Make 2020 YOUR YEAR.!!

This lovely lady came to me coz she was in so much pain.. with a painful hip and crooked back. She couldn't walk properly or sleep without pain killers.. The 3rd photo is just 6 weeks in and we've managed to straighten out back!! And no more painkillers.!! Almost pain free.!!! Here we take care of of individual needs .!!!
