Theresa approached me asking for help to feel more confident in the water so that she would be able to swim with her husband and child. Theresa is incredibly disciplined and showed up consistently, always eager to learn, in all weather (even rain) and with a great attitude. After 5 weeks in the water she is feeling confident in her new abilities and now has the skills to swim full lengths of crawl and backstroke. We know that you will enjoy your fun family time in the water. Well done Theresa! Instagram
