March is a very beautiful month especially to us because it makes us reflect and celebrate how great woman are and the power that they have. This especially coming from a postpartum mom who has come to understand what woman go through.
How we look and feel as postpartum moms is a very sensitive topic especially to us. You ask yourself am i going to get my body back, will i ever feel like me again? I was one of those people till i got the inspiration to move especially from postpartum fitness and wellness coaches such as Coach Chengetayi. From a personal point of veiw she shows that you can fetch your body and continue being you. So to keep the post short and sweet i got up and i might not be where i am exactly but i loving the progress and I will share with you guys whats getting me there.
These are my fighters, mind you working out has never been apart of me but i cant do without it now. My fighters are in the pics below.
