1. Project Manager
Position Summary
The Project Manager shall be responsible for the overall planning, coordination, ex*****on, monitoring, and successful completion of the Kadoma Bus Terminus Construction Project in accordance with the contract requirements, budget, quality standards, and project schedule.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead project planning, ex*****on, and close-out activities.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and subcontractors.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and work programs.
• Monitor project progress against scope, cost, and time targets.
• Manage stakeholder engagement with Kadoma City Council, regulatory authorities, and community representatives.
• Oversee contract administration and compliance.
• Ensure implementation of health, safety, environmental, and quality management systems.
• Prepare monthly progress reports and presentations.
• Manage project risks and mitigation measures.
Minimum Qualifications
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in infrastructure or transport projects.
• At least 5 years in a senior project management role.
• PMP or equivalent certification is an added advantage.

2. Civil / Structural Engineer
Position Summary
The Civil/Structural Engineer shall oversee all civil and structural works associated with the construction of the bus terminus, ensuring compliance with design specifications and applicable Zimbabwean standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Review and verify engineering drawings and specifications.
• Supervise earthworks, foundations, concrete structures, pavements, drainage systems, and buildings.
• Conduct quality inspections and testing.
• Monitor contractor performance and workmanship.
• Resolve technical and design-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and engineering standards.
• Prepare engineering reports and site instructions.
• Certify completed works for payment purposes.
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Registered with the Engineering Council of Zimbabwe (ECZ).
• Minimum 8 years of relevant infrastructure project experience.

3. Quantity Surveyor
Position Summary
The Quantity Surveyor shall manage all cost-related aspects of the project, ensuring financial control and value for money throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and manage project budgets and cost plans.
• Measure and value completed works.
• Prepare interim payment certificates.
• Manage variations and claims.
• Conduct cost analysis and forecasting.
• Assist in procurement and tender evaluations.
• Maintain financial records and project cost reports.
• Support contract administration activities.
Minimum Qualifications
• Degree in Quantity Surveying.
• Registered with relevant professional bodies.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience on construction projects.

4. Finance Lead / CFO
Position Summary
The Finance Lead/CFO shall oversee all financial management activities of the project, ensuring transparency, accountability, and compliance with financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and manage project financial plans.
• Monitor project cash flow and funding requirements.
• Prepare financial reports and forecasts.
• Manage project accounts and audits.
• Ensure compliance with tax and statutory obligations.
• Support PPP and investment financing arrangements.
• Manage financial risks and controls.
• Liaise with financiers, auditors, and stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce.
• Professional qualification (CA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA).
• Minimum 8 years of financial management experience.

5. Legal / PPP Specialist
Position Summary
The Legal/PPP Specialist shall provide legal advisory services and support the structuring, negotiation, and administration of PPP and contractual arrangements for the bus terminus project.
Key Responsibilities
• Review and draft contracts and agreements.
• Advise on PPP structures and regulatory compliance.
• Manage contractual risks and dispute resolution.
• Ensure compliance with Zimbabwean laws and procurement regulations.
• Support negotiations with stakeholders and financiers.
• Provide legal opinions on project matters.
• Assist in land acquisition and permit processes.
Minimum Qualifications
• Degree in Law (LLB).
• Registered Legal Practitioner.
• Minimum 7 years of infrastructure or PPP project experience.

6. Operations and Maintenance Manager
Position Summary
The Operations and Maintenance Manager shall develop and implement strategies for the efficient operation and maintenance of the bus terminus after construction and during the defects liability period.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop operational and maintenance plans.
• Establish maintenance schedules for buildings, roads, drainage, electrical and mechanical systems.
• Develop asset management procedures.
• Manage facility operations and service providers.
• Monitor safety, security, and environmental compliance.
• Prepare operating budgets and maintenance forecasts.
• Train operational personnel.
• Implement performance monitoring systems.
Minimum Qualifications
• Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in facility or transport infrastructure management.
• Experience in public transport facilities is advantageous.
