Please if you are nursing any joint injury and you want a quick healing ❤️🩹
Please avoid all this things that I mentioned below
-Sugary stuffs like soft drinks , bread , anything sugar etc
Avoid s@x for the period of time
- Avoid alcohol it causes more inflammation and your injury won’t go
- avoid anything cold like cold water etc
- avoid any fast food that will make you to add more weight it reduces the chances of healing , food like noodles etc
Avoid NSAID drugs like pain killer medicine , it will make it worse
And I recommend you to do this below 👇
- always eat a protein pack food like meat, chicken, egg and fish etc
- always add lemon in your drinking water atleast twice in a day it reduces inflammation
- try adding natural spices like ginger, garlic turmeric etc to your food , it reduces Inflammation
- always drink hot water whenever you want to sleep
Then I recommend collagen and biotin including omega 3 oil supplements
Collagen for replacement of worn out tissues in the joint
Omega 3 oil, is for greasing the joint to allow free flow of the joint
And biotin for healing too
- eat healthy fats too like animal fats etc
Do this for like 3 months and see the results
