Itโ€™s funny how some people see someone with potential and immediately think "employee."

To the established leaders out there: being in the same field doesnโ€™t mean we are looking for a job. It means we share the same passion. In a city like Lusaka, there is room for more than just one club or one dominant brand. Healthy communities thrive on diversity, not monopoly.

I believe in building my own brand and making an impact on my own terms, without having to work under similar established names. We donโ€™t need to belong to the same jersey to run the same race. Don't look at us as potential hires, look at us as potential partners. Connect with us, empower us, and letโ€™s grow the entire industry together.

From zero experience to making it happen. ๐ŸŒฒ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™‚๏ธ

Last year in October, I took a massive leap of faith and stepped into the world of event management to organize the Forest 27 Trail Run. With exactly zero experience, the doubts from the outside were loud. People said it wasn't going to happen.

But when you have a vision and a rock-solid squad behind you, you don't back down. Together as the Kabulonga Fitness Squad team, we pushed through.

I wore almost every hat imaginable:

* Designed the graphics ๐ŸŽจ
* Built the registration links ๐Ÿ’ป
* Mapped out the actual forest routes ๐Ÿ—บ๏ธ
* Handled the marketing ๐Ÿ“ข
* โ€ฆand yes, I was even the official event photographer! ๐Ÿคฆโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿคฃ Talk about extreme multitasking!

It pushed me completely against the wall. The stress was real, and there were moments I wanted to give up. But our teamโ€™s strength kept the momentum alive. In the end, the event surpassed all expectations.

Looking back at these photos today, I just smile and recognize the grace over it all. It taught me a powerful lesson about resilience and revealed the true depth of potential I carry.

Whatโ€™s next? Iโ€™m taking a strategic break from event management this year to recharge, but next year? We are coming back with full force. Iโ€™ve got disruptive ideas for the fitness environment that will change the game. I believe it because I know what we are capable of.

Delivering Elite Results in 2026. ๐Ÿ’ผ๐Ÿ†

While many of you know me for my work in general fitness and weight loss, behind the scenes I have been aggressively building my track record in high performance athletic development. Iโ€™ve focused on sharpening a strategy based coaching blueprint designed to take competitive athletes and position them directly on the podium. Looking back at this mid-year stretch, the data and the results speak directly to that vision.

At the 2026 Zambia Backyard Ultra, I coached Alick Mashowo an underdog with the explicit goal of breaking the standing 23 hour backyard national record. Alick executed the pacing and hydration strategy perfectly, shattering the record by running for 25 yards and that's 25 consecutive hours and covering a massive 167.5 km. This performance earned him a historic second place finish overall in Zambia, proving the strength of our structural conditioning.

Shifting gears from ultra distances to elite track speed, I coached Trancillah for the regional CUCSA Games. Facing top tier international competition, she put on a masterclass in race management. She fought hard to secure a strong sixth place finish in the 1500 meters and executed a tactical masterpiece in the 800 meters to bring home the bronze medal for Zambia.
These achievements mark a major turning point for me as a coach. I am steadily becoming the high performance specialist I have always worked to be, and this is truly just the beginning. These results prove that with the right structure and strategy, our athletes can dominate any stage. Huge respect to Alick and Trancillah for trusting the training blueprint and executing under pressure. The coaching portfolio is growing, the standard has been raised, and the momentum carries directly into our preparations for the Absa Marathon this September. Letโ€™s lock in.

As you prepare to return to Sweden, I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you. It has been a great journey coaching you, and I have genuinely enjoyed being part of your fitness journey.

To be honest, knowing that you're leaving is a huge blow to me because I have grown accustomed to our training sessions and seeing your progress. However, I understand that this is an important next chapter in your life, and there is nothing I can do but wish you the very best.
