Know your value.

It’s not always just about landing a job, it’s about choosing paths that align with where you want to go in life.

We need to move away from the mindset of “just find something to survive” and start thinking in terms of growth, ownership, and long-term wealth.

Ask yourself honestly, are you building experience that could one day turn into your own business, or position you to own part of something bigger?

For many people, the focus is only on the salary at the end of the month pay bills, repeat. But when life is viewed only through survival, it becomes very hard to build lasting wealth.

Think bigger. Work with intention.

When I lock in on something, I don’t play around with it..🤭

Last year, Alick and I went after the Backyard Ultra national record, 23 hours, 154.1km. No big team, no proper support system, not even enough food… just a clear goal and pure focus..🫡
I stayed out there for 25 hours straight, no sleep, no excuses. Just discipline, mindset, and the decision to finish what we started. And we delivered.
Today, Alick is sitting at 167.5km, holding the 2nd position in Zambia for the Backyard Ultra. That alone shows what focus, consistency, and belief can build.
This year, we’re not slowing down. We’re coming back for more stronger, smarter, and ready to push limits again..🫡And on my side, I’m building something bigger too. I’m working on my CV and stepping into the journey of becoming a professional running coach.
