I am excited to share the story behind Lunar Core Pilates and my journey as a founder.
As a former corporate lawyer, I loved my job and the fast-paced nature of the profession. However, I constantly felt the toll it took on my mind and body. Many women share this experience. This led to the birth of Lunar Core Pilates, a space where we empower individuals to discover their inner strength through love, authenticity, and holistic wellness. In January, I took a leap of faith, leaving my corporate career to pursue full time my passion for Pilates and holistic wellness.

Lunar Core Pilates is more than just a fitness studio; it’s a community built on love, authenticity, and holistic wellness. We foster an environment where vulnerability is seen as a strength, and shame transforms into self-love and understanding. Our core values – fitness, holistic wellness, love, authenticity, vulnerability, and kindness – guide everything we do.
Our Vision for the Future
We aim to expand globally, opening several locations that serve as hubs for wellness and community. We plan to scale through franchising, offering opportunities for passionate individuals to create their own Lunar Core Pilates studios.

Lunar Core Pilates was founded in 2023 by Mulenga Kapotwe, a dedicated lawyer turned passionate Pilates instructor. After leaving a successful corporate law career she embarked on a journey to bring the transformative power of Pilates to the Zambian community.
