Theme: The Force of Distraction
Hebrews 12:1-2The purpose of focus is because where you are going are distractions. No matter the distraction,you need to be focused. You can't be focused if you don't have a vision and if you don't not know where you are going Until you have an established vision or have an idea of where you are going,what you want to accomplish,it is very easy to be distracted. Jesus also faced so many distractions but He understood His assignment and knew that the price was the whole world. Jesus held on to the word that He heard as God's lamb despite having the capacity to defend Himself. What are you focusing on? Is it a distraction or the gift of salvation? You need to hold on to God's word in order to see & walk in it's manifestations in your life. Distraction comes at a cost, there's a price to pay for a missed instruction.
Joshua 1:1-7 In God's word s what you need to live a godly life, in that knowledge you will be able to receive the manifestations of God. You are hidden in Christ and Christ in God, you are untouchable! When you begin to understand God's word, you also begin to learn how to make your requests known to God in the correct way and you begin to see results, even in the way you pray. Give God praise even before you see your answered request, don't be distracted by what you see physically. It takes holding on to God's word in order to see the manifestations of His power, even the miracles you are waiting to see. Any word contradicting His word shall not stand over you There are certain battles God will help you avoid while others He will tell to go and He will be with you.
Isaiah 43:2 There will be moments when the storm will come, when you are tested but remember that the Lord is with you! Always and hold on to His word. There is power in obeying instructions In the obedience of instructions, your faith will be tested and it's in this obedience that you see the manifestations that you are waiting for. It pays to hold on to God's word.It is able to give you guidance and a light that keeps you focused on where it is shining with no distractions.
Luke 5:1- 7 It pays to look away from the flesh and look to Jesus Christ. When God is leading you, He never leads you to a place with no abundance. Hold on to what God has spoken because it will empower you when that season that seems like nothing is working out comes . It matters what word you hold on to. God's word is full of promises that you need to hold on to
Psalm 9,Philemon 1:6 You already have the good things that Jesus Christ has done and given you so don't let the enemy tell you otherwise.
Romans 4:16 - 21 Learn to praise and give glory to God whenever doubt trys creeping in because of what is happening around you.
