MR UNZA 2026 JUDGE 💪🏾🏆

My first time judging a bodybuilding show, and I must say, being on the other side of the stage was truly eye-opening.

As someone who has always been the competitor and athlete, sitting in front of the stage and being part of the team responsible for the final decisions gave me a completely new perspective. I always knew that every detail matters from symmetry, conditioning and muscularity to posing and overall presentation but I never truly appreciated how difficult it is to judge an entire group of athletes at once and fairly compare every detail.

As athletes, we sometimes think judging is straightforward, but being on the other side showed me just how much focus, attention and responsibility goes into every decision.
A truly valuable experience and one that has given me even greater respect for both the athletes who step on stage and the judges who make the difficult decisions. Grateful for the opportunity. 🙏🏾💪🏾

Did you know even if you bath 3 times a day, eat 3 times a day, get a decent education, give tithe, have a spiritual life, go to the gym, drink your 2 litres of water, eat healthy, get 8 hours of sleep, avoid unnecessary drama, mind your business, invest your money, build multiple streams of income, read books, wake up early, take your vitamins, dress well, smell good, treat people right, love your family, chase your dreams, pray every day and try your best to be a good person…

you will still die.

So relax a little. 😂

STILL NOT ENOUGH

Do you ever feel like you aren’t making progress?

Well, me too.

After all these years, I still get that feeling sometimes that I’m not where I should be, that I haven’t done enough, or that I’m simply not good enough yet.

But I’m learning that progress doesn’t always feel like progress while you’re living through it.

Sometimes you have to look back at who you were a few years ago to realise just how far you’ve actually come.

So if you’re feeling stuck, remember, you don’t have to have it all figured out. Keep going. Keep learning. Keep becoming.

Maybe you’re further along than you give yourself credit for.
