The first day of the eastern volleyball capacity building program turned out to be a remarkable success, highlighted by the noteworthy presence of the acting Katete District Commissioner, Dr. Shawa, who brought not only a sense of authority but also a spirit of enthusiasm to the event. His engagement with the participants, who were eager to improve their skills and knowledge in volleyball, set a positive tone and created an atmosphere filled with anticipation and energy.
