✅ Please bring a towel to place on the mats and benches.
✅ After using equipment, kindly wipe it down with the wipes provided.

We are so incredibly proud of our coach, Chileleko! 🚀

This past September, she took on a massive personal challenge: 100 push-ups a day for 30 days. She absolutely crushed it, completing 29 out of 30 days! 💪

She proved a powerful lesson to all of us: it wasn't fleeting motivation that got her through, but pure consistency. Even on the tough days, she showed up. And she showed us that big fitness goals are achieved through small, daily efforts.

The best part? Seeing her inspire—and be inspired by—so many of you who joined her for a set. That's the power of our community. 🙏

Does Muscle Turns Into Fat If You Stop Working Out?

False! Muscle and fat are two completely different tissues, one cannot magically morph into the other.

What Actually Happens:

Muscle Atrophy: When you stop training, muscles shrink from disuse (but don’t disappear). 🚫

Muscle Memory: Muscle memory helps you regain size/strength way faster than beginners! ⚡

Fat Gain: If you eat the same calories but burn fewer (due to less activity), excess energy gets stored as fat. 📈

Takeaway:
✔ Stay active to maintain muscle.
✔ Adjust your diet if you’re less active.
✔ Muscle memory makes regaining strength easier!
