Subject: Feature Proposal: Expanding the Imisepela Platform to Empower Talented Youth Through Sports
Dear Mr. Jito Kayumba, (Imisepela Team)
I hope this finds you well. First, commendable work on driving digital innovation for youth empowerment through the Imisepela app.
As the management team at KK Boxing Promotions—where I serve alongside a dedicated team—we see daily how sports can bridge economic gaps, instill discipline, and foster a proactive society. However, we believe a vital tool is currently missing from this wonderful application: A dedicated "Sports & Talent" sector.
While the current framework does an excellent job targeting youth with formal CVs and academic qualifications, thousands of exceptionally talented youths lack the academic paperwork required for conventional grants or loans. Yet, they possess verified, exceptional athletic track records managed formally by regional sports clubs.
By introducing a "Sports/Athletic Talent" tab, the platform could:
Scale Grassroots Funding: Allow registered sports clubs to verify and upload athlete profiles, creating a digital talent market for corporate sponsors, grants, and sports financing.
Drive Economic Inclusion: Transform sports from an informal hobby into a viable digital career path for marginalized youth.
Leverage Existing Management: Partner with verified sports clubs to ensure transparency and accountability for any funding received.
We would welcome the opportunity to share our insights on how this feature can easily migrate into your digital scaling roadmap.
Anticipating your feedback.
Best regards,
