Hi.
I am a Basi qualified Pilates Instructor.
I offer 1 on 1 sessions as well as small mat classes.
The beauty of Pilates is that it does not exclude anyone!!! I have been in the fitness industry for many years and have fairly recently completed the course and I am amazed at how effective this exercise is and how important it is for EVERYONE from sports enthusiasts to the elderly people to pregnant moms and generally anyone wanting to live a healthy and active life.
