Diet means everything and sticking to it can be hard ,but if you just descipline your self and take it one step at a time it gets easier and easier 🖤

×50 legs elevated push ups 2 sets
×50 wide arm push ups 2 sets
×50 military push ups 2 sets
×30 bicycle crunches 3 sets
×50 Russian twists 2 sets
×30 cross armed crunches 3 sets
×50 cross crunches 2 sets
60 second planks
I usually take a 2 minute break between each set ,and then I do a bit of cardio after the workout ,either taking a walk or running 🖤
