AMRAP 12 Part A:
3,6,9,12,15.....

Dumbbell Deadlift
Burpee
Each round increase the reps by 3, I managed to get up to 18 (the burpees were torture!!!). Try to take as little rest between rounds as you can until the 12 minutes is up, then you can rest for as long as required.
AMRAP 12 Part B:
4,8,12,16.....
Russian Kettlebell Swings
Squats
Push-ups
Same thing but this time we are going up by 4 reps each round. A lot easier then Part A but still very challenging so do your best.
Do your best and don't give up on yourself, you're worth it.
