✨ Your Body is a Temple ✨

In 1 Corinthians 6:19–20 we are reminded:
"Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit who is in you whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honour God with your bodies."

Our bodies are not just vessels to carry us through life they are sacred places where God’s Spirit dwells. When we nourish ourselves well rest intentionally move regularly and guard our hearts from stress and negativity we are worshipping God through the way we live.

Caring for your body is not vanity it is stewardship. It’s a daily choice to value the precious gift God has entrusted to you.
