What a day at 😁😁😁

I’m currently feeling about a million emotions… plus muscles in my legs I didn’t know existed.

During that workout, it was just me, my questionable life choices, and the clock counting down like it had a personal vendetta. But honestly? What made it all worth it is this incredible community.

This box has taught me the true meaning of togetherness — especially the “we suffer together” kind. The cheers, the fist bumps, the dramatic floor flops… unmatched energy.

Watching my bros absolutely smash 26.1 brought so much joy to my heart (even while I was trying to remember how to breathe). That kind of hype, support, and celebration is something I wish everyone could experience.

We push together. We struggle together. We celebrate together. And we limp home together.

I spent most of my life avoiding situations where a shirt might come off - pool parties, beaches, strong winds… you name it.😊😊😊

But somewhere between “just trying to look better” and “actually feeling better,” I realized the goal wasn’t abs - it was confidence.😏😏😏

Now I’m happy, healthy, and occasionally shirtless - sorry, not sorry. 😅😅😅
