Working on Matt’s back swing positions here. Got a tee in the grip to help him feel the butt end of the club moving to the ball going back. It’s a great drill to do in stages to work on your feels. Got the TRS Slider on and swing setter to maintain better positions and feels. Super happy with Matt’s Progress.

This is Khuliso’s first lesson with me. I have got the and swing setter on and alignment sticks out. Why it’s important to practice with training aids is to perfect our feels. If I don’t do my drills correctly the training aids will give you instant feedback. Alignment sticks are there for him to make sure the club stays along those sticks and forces the arms to stay in front of the body more. This drill you can do everyday for the rest of your life. Practice with purpose if you want to get better results.

So proud of Jason. He has been with me for a year now and we have made huge progress in his swing. His backswing positions are so good. Still work to be done but really happy with where he is at the moment. Keep going boykie the hard work is paying off 💪

A great drill I did with my fiance as we work through her rotation on the back swing and follow through. You can’t always rely on strength to get the ball far, it’s really on the hips and your ability to rotate your shoulders.

Working on my flop shots here. The key to flop shots is setting your wrist to make the club stay outside your hands. We also need to have the shaft more vertical going back which allows the arms to stay in front of the body more so we can feel more cut spin coming down. It feels like you picking the club up more with the wrists.

This is the first time I have hit balls properly since my shoulder operation 8 months ago. Feeling very rusty but in saying that my lines are still pretty good. Giving myself a good impact position feel so I get a better feeling for what I need to do when hitting. It’s so important to have a pre shot routine so you get better at your feels. Very happy with where I am considering I have not played for so long.

I am so proud of Craigh! This man works so hard on and off the golf course. He has a golf specific program that has really enhanced his flexibility and strengthened his golf muscles. He is diligent and methodical in the way he practices. Always working on a pre shot routine to find his feels first. Then he gets up and try’s to replicate them. He is almost 50 and bombs it 300 plus. His golf swing is compact and powerful! Well done dude! Love working with you mate!

Doing some slow backswing drills so Fulai can focus on all his positions. Slow swings are really good to build muscle memory. It allows you to think about everything that you trying to do. I had him walking after the shot so we can direct his energy to the target. Your power source has to start from the ground up so your legs and hips create the power in the swing. Instead of hitting the ball with the arms we want to feel the lower half hit the ball. Hips and chest need to be facing the target at impact and all the weight in the left leg 👌

Interesting to see that all top ten players are using Mallet putters! Most of them are face balanced which means less face rotation which helps a more consistent stroke. If you battling with your putting give one of these 10 putters a go.
