Was an interesting week with C Bond interhigh this week. I have been assisting coaching Rietondale High last 2 months. Team ended 5th out of 9 schools. Was amazing to see progress in 5 weeks. Many highs and one or two lows but that is life of a throwing coach. Good foundation has been laid and will be interesting to see how kids progress. One big note is standard in C bond has really improved and is not far behind B bond any more. Hopefully I can assist next year again and see even futher improvement. Now to focus on Gauteng in 2 weeks time and for other private kids will do off season work to come back stronger in September this year. On a separate note watched A-Bond today. What a high standard with many records broken. Hat off to Curro Hazeldean on outstanding 3rd place. They are going to be big threat from next year. Now to relax till Sundays training session 😁.
