The Tongaat Darts Awards, held in November last year, was a proud and memorable occasion for Spartans Darts Club. After an outstanding season, Spartans were crowned champions in five leagues, a remarkable achievement that reflects the club’s consistency, dedication, and competitive spirit throughout the year.
In recognition of this incredible success, Spartans Darts Club was deservedly named Team of the Year.

This prestigious honour highlighted the club’s unwavering team spirit, unity, and support shown by every player during the season. Each match was a testament to the effort, commitment, and belief that the Spartans bring to the oche week after week.
Behind the success was also the excellent management and leadership of the team, guiding and motivating the players while creating an environment where everyone supports one another and strives to perform at their best.

It was truly another excellent year of darts for Spartans, proving once again that when a team plays with passion, discipline, and unity, great achievements follow. The club continues to set the standard for dedication and sportsmanship in the Tongaat darts community. 🎯🏆

Beyond the league wins, Spartans also shone brightly in various tournaments, accumulating numerous individual awards.Their collective strength earned them two prestigious special awards: Best Dressed Team, showcasing their pride and camaraderie, and the coveted Team of the Year award, the ultimate recognition of their outstanding performance throughout the season.

Vivek Hemlall achieved an incredible feat by hitting a 170 close at the Nationals ,this is a rare feat and was the very first in Tongaat Darts Association.
