Due to year round good weather we are open from January to December and 7 days a week, bookings are every hour from 9:00 - 15:00. Durban Skydive Centre offers First Jump Courses, Display Jumps and Tandem Skydives, after a ground briefing you are taken on a scenic 20-minute plane ride up to jump altitude,

ne and freefall for an exhilarating and unforgettable 25 / 35 seconds, then float to earth under parachute. During the 6 minute parachute decent you get the opportunity to fly the canopy. Everything is provided, you just need to bring closed-in running shoes. Maximum weight limit is 100kg's. We don't recommend the tandem skydive for children younger than 12 years of age.

The site has been levelled for the new hangar going up at Groutville airfield. Hopefully the hangar will be ready when the new aircraft arrives from the US, a Cessna 182 with wing extensions and an upgraded P-Ponk motor. She is going to climb super-fast.
