Thanks to Keith Present & Cloetesville FC for making us part of his journey and donating much needed sanitary pads for girls in need at the stadium today.

Keith ran 67.97 km today.👏👏

*About Run4wings:*
Run4wings is our football club’s annual initiative, founded by *Keith Present*, to collect sanitary pads and raise awareness around menstrual health. The goal is to build a culture where young girls and women feel confident during menstruation.

*What we’ve done:*
- *2024:* Initiative launched.
- *2025:* Keith and his cousin completed a run from Stellenbosch to Robertson and back, and established a Run4wings Hub as a drop-off and distribution point for sanitary pads for girls in need.

*2026 Plans:*
- *16 June 2026:* Preliminary 10-hour run to raise awareness and funds.
- *August 2026:* Main run from Stellenbosch to George over 5 days.
