Royalty Stars Academy- RSA,
is a team base in Johannesburg Soweto that recruits players all over South Africa. We groom, mentor these players also offer them great opportunities to play for the PSL Development teams. We therefore charge our players a boarding fee monthly. That covers both accommodation and child's daily meals (breakfast, lunch and supper) monthly. What we do is,
We place the chil
d at a nearest school. Make sure that the child is well performing at school. Train him with the team, how ever we sometimes coordinate trial games for them with the PSL Development teams, eg Jomo Cosmos, Pirates ect. When we go to these games they travel at that boarding fee. If the child is good we organise a one on one trial for the player with the team, and if the Development team offers the child the opportunity then we involve the parents on desicion making of the child. Then the child stay with us continuesly if the Development team don't offer Accommodation. During school holidays they are welcome to visit their families if there don't have cryc games. The idea is to bring the player closer to the wide viriaty of oppotunities in football.
