The purpose of this league is to develop my boys by giving them the opportunity to compete against older and more experienced players. This is part of our preparation for the upcoming Discovery in December, as well as the Engen Knockout Challenge in June next year.

We hope that throughout this journey, every player remains committed to the team and dedicated to the hard work required to succeed.

Yes, we know jealousy exists and some try to close doors for others — but I thank God for continuing to give me, Diteboho Marumo Lampard, the strength and wisdom to keep pushing forward.

They are watching, they are talking — but they also see the progress. So God, I ask you to continue leading the way. 🙌

I’m inspired by Coach Rhulani Mokwena, who started just like many of us — and today look where he is. Salute to Coach Pitso Mosimane for identifying the greatness in him.

My belief is strong: One day, a coach who is already there will see me and give me my chance. Until then, I will continue to study, improve, and stay ready. I will remain a knowledgeable and prepared coach, testing and implementing tactics, learning from every session.

I love working with sleeping giants — because I believe in waking them up. But in the end, only God knows the journey.

If I have forgotten to mention anyone who has been part of us before, I truly apologize. Everyone who has been involved is appreciated, and I’m expecting to see all players at training as we prepare for the new season starting next week.

This was our last game of the season. We didn’t have the smoothest run, and we faced a lot of challenges along the way. I hope the boys gained the experience of what it truly takes to be champions. I’ve done it once at Premier Impala F.C, and I know it can be done here as well.

My plea is that next season, all players must come ready and willing to go the extra mile — not just working hard, but working smart.

We finished second, which for us feels like a failure, and we must own it. However, our vision has always been clear: to develop players and give them opportunities. This season, we managed to send 5 players to bigger teams, and while they won’t be joining us next season, we celebrate their growth and success.

That also means 5 new players will step up, whether from outside or from our second team. The journey continues.
