💬 Over the past two months, we’ve spoken about forgiveness and hope. About letting go of what weighs us down… and holding onto hope, even when life feels uncertain.
Both are necessary for transformation to happen, because real transformation rarely happens while we are still tightly gripping the past or believing nothing can change.
Many people arrive at coaching in the middle of transition: a career shift, burnout, grief, relationship struggles, loss of identity or simply the quiet sense that “something needs to change.”
