Had an incredible chest day today!! 💪 So proud of how far I've come.... Yet I know how far I still have left to go 🤯

If you want legs like you gotta get in the gym for leg day!!!! 💪

We often neglect certain muscle groups either because we don't know the different muscle group or because we simply find that particular muscle group harder than others, and this causes you to rather skip it and do something else.... Stop! The reason you find that particular muscle group difficult is because you don't spend regular time on it, which in turn means that you should be training that muscle group more often than the others.

Let's decide to do the muscle group we find the hardest today and see if we can change that.
