I know no one cares about someone's leg press weight. But 550kg/1212lbs (including the 45kg sled) has never moved this smooth for me. Quite happy with this. As a famous person once said... The heavier your leg press, the heavier your deadlifts... So I guess that's why I'm pushing on this movement

Some farmers carry from this morning's session. Finishing with a 125kg/275lbs per hand for a total of 13m/42ft.
Handles are very smooth and my grip isn't what it should be, but I'm happy with this walk and the progress I've made in the last couple of weeks in preparation for Africa's Strongest Man 2022

Deadlifts are finally moving up again!!! Mental blocks are a thing... Fu***ng with your mindset and making you doubt yourself. Well I say... NOT TODAY!!!

Worked up to a nice top set of 260kg/573lbs this morning which felt a lot better than I thought it would. Especially after building a mental block for this weight and failing it week after week... Well today I got it back and finally ready to move forward again.

Early morning event training session.
Doing a farmers carry and yoke walk medley in prep for Africa's Strongest Man 2022 in 3 weeks.

Farmers was only on 90kg/198lbs per hand for today's session but going a bit heavier on the yoke with 260kg/573lbs.
