Coming into base training and trying to shed some unwanted weight.
Keep it simple 🍽 ...
Low on processed and more grains, fruit, vegetables and plant based fats.
For endurance 40% Carbs / 40% Fats / 20% Protein.
Keeping to a Kcal deficit the weight will slowly fall with changes in your diet. Nothing drastic, stick to the food you enjoy and don't force the hunger pains. Eat when you hungry just limit the crap. It's that simple. Anything hated will never last.
On the days you go long on sessions up your calorie intake to double and halved on your rest day.

Winning become contagious ... Great year of training and results for πŸ†.

It's not the best session completed or that one amazing week of training done. It's the constant layering monthly to get those so called perfect results 🎯.
Don't chase the 1% of perfection, be good at the 99% consistency.
