GimTots Gim Tots offers pre-school gymnastics classes for children aged 2-6 years. Our classes focus on specific skill development and technique.

Gim Tots is registered with Gymnastics SA and was founded by two former Protea gymnasts in 2017. Through their extensive knowledge and experience, they aim to foster a love for gymnastics amongst kids while developing the children's abilities and the sport as a whole. Gim Tots aim to teach children the fundamental gymnastic skills applicable to the various disciplines of gymnastics. Gymnastics promote good physical development, core stabilisation, flexibilty, agility, coordination and balance.

We’re so excited to introduce the Balance Beam to our Preschool Gymnastics program! 🤸‍♀️🤸‍♂️

The balance beam is a fun and safe way for our little gymnasts to:
🌟 Build balance & coordination
🌟 Improve focus and body awareness
🌟 Boost confidence with every step
🌟 Learn basic gymnastics skills through play

Don’t worry—our preschool beams are low to the ground, age-appropriate, and always guided by our coaches so learning feels fun and successful!

We can’t wait to see those proud smiles as our preschoolers step, balance, and shine 💛
