Can we just take a moment and admire this remarkable woman who won the Comrades Marathon again?!

What an incredible achievement by Gerda Steyn! She continues to show us what is possible when talent, discipline, consistency, and relentless hard work come together.

She makes us all believe that dreams can come true if you're willing to work for them, stay committed to the process, and keep showing up, even on the days when nobody is watching.

Known as the Smiling Assassin of ultra road running, Gerda has become a symbol of excellence, humility, and perseverance.

Despite dominating one of the toughest races in the world, she remains approachable, friendly, and inspiring to so many runners across South Africa and beyond.

Today isn't just about another victory. It's about the thousands of early mornings, the sacrifices, the setbacks, and the unwavering belief that greatness is built one step at a time.

About Inner Bloom Ladies Retreat

My 'signature' Ladies weekend focused on deep self-discovery, emotional clarity, and personal growth in a calm farm environment designed to help you step away from everything else and return to yourself.

I gently guide you through sessions to connect with yourself again, to heal and get answers you need.
Much needed time with yourself, letting go, and return lighter with a new outlook.

Think movie night, nature walks, relaxing on a beautiful farm, delicious food and comfortable rooms. We'll also taste some wines and do an easy yoga stretching session.

Designed to help you step out of routine, recharge, and reconnect with yourself without pressure.

We'll have a nice soul-nourishing session. Think warm fires, delicious food, a sunset hike, braai and a visit to the cheetah centre.

Just fun, laughter, connection and space to just be with yourself and others.
