On our schedule, Pilates is called FLOW — because that’s exactly what these classes are designed to feel like: intentional movement flowing with strength, control, and purpose ✨
At VYBE, our classes are rooted in classical Pilates principles with a contemporary twist. That means we keep the foundations of Pilates — breath, control, alignment, precision, and deep core engagement — while incorporating progressive layering, fluid transitions, and contemporary movement patterns. We focus on controlled movement and proper muscular engagement, allowing the muscles proper time under tension to build:
