🥈🎉The Seven Sundowns Sports Club senior team achieved historic promotion to the Motherwell Football Association Premier League for the 2026/27 season after a remarkable second-place finish, breaking a 10-year drought. Club leadership commended the players' dedication and recognized Coach Mava Klaas, assistant Luvuyo Bhoki Frans, and key supporters including Honorary President Mkhululi Kusta Magada, Spar Zonke, and Dr. Alex Odufu for their pivotal roles in this milestone success.

Remember Masandawana, there is more that needs to be done in the upcoming season. May God bless you all.❤️

Seven Sundowns Sports Club soccer team played their hearts out during MOFA Marina Sea Salt Easter Inaugural Tournament. In the group stages the club won three games and lost once. After securing three straight wins, Yellow Nation qualified for the knockout stage. In the last 16 teams, our club were knocked out 4-2 in the penalty lottery after their goalless draw against Dema Development FC.
Our juniors made us proud. Our under 11 lost in the last 16, our under 13 lost in the quarter finals after two wins and our under 15 lost on penalties in the last 32 teams.
The following people played a tremendous role to keep the fire burning in the boys:
1.Dr Odufu for his moral support
2.Mrs Nophelo Charles for making sure our teams got food and drinks
3.Mr Wonga Hlelani for transportation of players free of charge
4.Miss Nosabatha Monki, for her financial support
5.Makhulu Majola - players drinks
6. Mr Nceba Sinam for his support
7.Entire club executive committee for their moral financial support
8 Coaching staff (Mava Klaas, Bhoki France and Mongezi Mali) for having confidence in their players.
9.Anele Tiwani for transportation of juniors to the field
10.Sfiso Mgengo for transportation of juniors from the field to their homes
11 Club supporters like Victor Lutywantsi, Ace Mnamatha and many more supporters
12. Our players showed character and unwavering dedication during the tournament.
