It is with great sadness that we learn of the reported passing of South African international and Mamelodi Sundowns midfielder Jayden Adams at the age of 25💔.

Jayden had recently fulfilled a lifelong dream by making his FIFA World Cup debut for Bafana Bafana and played a vital role in Mamelodi Sundowns’ memorable CAF Champions League journey.

Our thoughts and deepest sympathies are with his family, friends, teammates, Mamelodi Sundowns, and the entire South African football community during this difficult time.

Football has lost one of its own. Rest in peace, Grootman, Chiskop Dzay. Your legacy will never be forgotten. 🕊️
