There are no rules when one defends themselves. Just as much as the attacker has no rules. The attacker will use any means possible to obtain their objective. This is why self defense is not easy nor is survival an easy task. KALAH Classes/Courses are designed to be realistic, effective and to the point. The training will build the learner mentally and physically, increasing the odds of survival. The KALAH motto is: GOD FIRST, EGO OUT!
