Yesterday's fixtures against Maritzburg were a reminder that while rugby is built on passion, commitment, and competition, the wellbeing of every player will always be the game's highest priority.
Our 2nd XV produced an outstanding performance to secure a convincing 50–10 victory, a testament to their preparation, discipline, and teamwork.
Our 1st XV were leading 14–7 when the match was brought to an early conclusion following a serious injury to a Maritzburg player. Our heartfelt thoughts and prayers are with the injured player, his family, teammates, coaches, and the entire Maritzburg rugby community. We wish him strength, courage, and a complete recovery.
We are proud of the manner in which our players and coaches represented Toti, competing with determination, while showing the respect, compassion, and sportsmanship that define the true spirit of rugby.
