The electoral Annual General Meeting of the Mkhondo Local Football Association will be held this coming Saturday, 29 August 2026 at the Department of Roads and Public Works offices at 10am.

The venue is opposite Milner Park Ground in Town.

All football clubs are allowed to be part of the meeting and to elect their preferred candidates to lead the LFA.

The clubs that are participating in the Thandukukhanya Promotion League division and the Senior Ladies Teams are hereby invited to a meeting and draw for the Vumbuka Trust Cup 2026.

The meeting and draw is set as follows:

Date: Tuesday 01 September 2026

Venue: Masenkeni Stadium, Thandukukhanya

Time: 5pm

Joining fee is R200 per team.

It is Match Day 8 today at the Mpumalanga Provincial Women League 2026 season. Both Streams are in action today with the main focus at Mandla Magudulela Stadium, Thandukukhanya.

The home side Inter milan Football club ladies will probably face their toughest test of the Mpumalanga Provincial Women League Stream A when they face log leaders Coal City Wizards FC from Emalahleni.

The games kick-off at 1pm CAT.

The 2026/2027 season registration of clubs and players is currently open for all clubs wanting to participate in the Mkhondo Promotion League. We have all Match Days for the 2026/2027 season ready under the Mkhondo LFA.

The Vumbuka Trust has once again sponsored the tournament which will be playing for the 13th time since it was first launched in 2013. The Mkhondo LFA received R200 000 allocation this year. The tournament will kick-off on Saturday, 05 September 2026.

Club Registration/Renewal Form is due on Wednesday, 12 August 2026

The season Affiliate fee due date is Saturday, 15 August 2026

The Player Registration forms are due on Saturday, 15 August 2026.

SAFA Nomination Forms for Elective Congress are due on Saturday, 22 August 2026. Please fill them and return to Secretary in an envelope.

The Mkhondo Promotion League kickoff is set for Saturday, 22 August 2026.

Annual Congress (AGM) is set for Saturday, 29 August 2026 at 10am at Heroes Creative Joint, Thandukukhanya.

The Vumbuka Trust Cup tournament kickoff is set for Saturday, 05 September 2026.
