||• A man with too much ambition cannot sleep in peace.
MeaninG : At the dawn of a new year, the popular ritual is to set your new year resolutions . And I'm not necessarily against new year resolutions, my issue with that is this ; I just don't think that you have to wait for a new year to set your resolutions . The reason is simple , you never can be sure of living to see a new year ! You don't have to change only at the beginning of a new year. An anonymous person has said that ,"those who wait to change at the eleventh hour die at 10:30". You can make changes as and when you need them I'm life. My other issue with new year resolutions is that we only seem to take it seriously after a few weeks making them. The resolution turns into "Dissolutions" as it were. Its as if we get pressured into making them or may be we make them so as to avoid embarassment of not having one we are asked. Some of us also put down so many resolutions that it ends up becoming a burden rather than blessing. Its good to dream but we should let the faith to succeed motivates us rather than the fear of failure. Otherwise you will lose peace ! Determine to live one day at time ! Be resolute Black Child 💪🏾🌍🔥.
