Why Tongbei whip power is a big lie?

Whip power has been perceived as the ideal way to strike by many traditional Chinese martial arts, especially Tongbei. The false belief that speed is everything, plus a misunderstanding of basic physics, caused many CMA practitioners to waste their lives away training a type of power that is inefficient at everything except impressing noobs. In this video, I will explain why such a belief is nothing but a fallacy and a big lie.

In this video, I will explain why such a belief is nothing but a fallacy and why iron hand training is a big lie.
