Less than a week before AFSKOP at - both the event itself, and where we’ll officially be launching this little brand of ours.
BUGBOX Fly Tying hopes to make fly tying more approachable and convenient for all.
A key factors we wish to address is making that “first purchase ever, not sure what to get” scenario less daunting.
Our boxes pack specific materials to tie specific patterns aimed at targeting specific species and come with tutorial videos.
Each pack contains (more than) enough terminal tackle and tying material to tie a certain amount of the specific fly indicated at purchase.
We aim to soon have many variations, colourways and different patterns as options to purchase in any specific species box. We hope this encourages trip-tyers to engage with our range and fill dynamic boxes without having to purchase excess material.
A foundational brand-promise remains true throughout: We only pack the finest, the strongest and the sharpest. We only pack what we’d use. Happy tying!
