We are officially entering the home stretch of training. The heavy mileage weeks are here, the routine is locked in, and September is right around the corner. From the challenging gravel sections of the half marathon to the flat, fast stretches past KWV on the 10km and 5km routes, it’s time to stay focused and trust the work you’ve put in!

Remember, space on the starting line is strictly limited to 3,000 participants across all distances. Don't be left watching from the sidelines!
