2nd Annual Mbekweni 5K Fun Run/Walk and Family Day.

We wanted to take a moment to thank you for sponsoring the Mbekweni 5km Fun Run/Walk & Family Day 2024. Your support and partnership played a key role in the success of our event, and we appreciate your participation. We hope you're happy with the brand visibility you got from the event, and last but not least, we want to thank people who spent their time to be part of the event, entertainment groups that gave us beautiful performances, and vendors that were involved on the day and made sure that they sold health and affordable food for the people that were part of the event.

Mbekweni 5K Fun Run/Walk and Family Day went as planned in collaboration with Mbekweni Youth Centre in celebration of heritage day in different activities on the day.

We are super proud of the team's effort in helping to promote an active lifestyle and running culture within the community.

Our goal for the foreseeable future is to establish the Mbekweni 5K Fun Run/Walk and Family Day as an annual half marathon, where community members and people from surrounding environs can use it to meet some of their fitness goals or use it as a platform to prepare for other races.

Our family area creates a good atmosphere for families to cheer on their family members and enjoy entertainment from local talents.

A big thank you goes out to all runners for embracing the running culture.

Also, a big thanks to all the stakeholders and sponsors who brought the event to life.

Tomorrow morning we will be registering.
