They’ve spent years carrying the team, covering everyone’s mistakes, keeping the rallies alive, and somehow still having energy left after match point.

They taught us that patience is a virtue, snacks solve almost everything, and that a well-timed “WATCH THE BALL!” can change lives. 😂

Hello Mossel Bay Padel community, I’m Rensia De Lange, your padel coach.

I began my padel journey in Johannesburg in 2021 when the sport arrived in South Africa, and I immediately fell in love with the fresh challenges it brought. Since then I’ve immersed myself in playing and coaching, completed my coaching certification with Padel MBA a padel training company from Europe, and regularly compete in events and tournaments.

My coaching philosophy emphasizes tactics first, understanding game strategy and decision-making, and then fine-tuning technique to achieve the results you want. I enjoy helping players of all levels improve their match intelligence, tactical awareness, and confidence on court.

I’m excited to run sessions that are fun and purposeful, and help Mossel Bay Padel players reach their goals. Book a session or drop by to say hello, let’s get playing!

This league is a fun social with a competitive edge. Beginners welcome. 8 Business teams will compete for the title, winning a Goodie Bag and the official Mossel Bay Padel Social Business League Floating Trophy, to flaunt at your office until next year. Prizes up for grabs every week for the winners.

Dates: 06 May to 24 June 2026
Every Wednesday Evening, 18:00 - 20:00
(Each team will alternate bi-weekly - 4 evenings total each)
Place: Mossel Bay Padel - Hart & Bosch Village, Hartenbos
Entries: 8 Business Teams of 4 players
Level: Beginner/Intermediate
Fee: R4000 (ExVat) per team.
