What an amazing weekend at the Women’s Artistic Gymnastics Western Cape Championship held in Saldanha

Meeka, Ria and Zia did exceptionally well and now will be competing at Nationals end September.

Today we celebrate not only your birthday, but the incredible impact you have made through gymnastics and within our community.

Your sacrifices, dedication, and perseverance are seen and deeply appreciated. We are truly grateful that you chose to keep this beautiful sport alive in Mitchell’s Plain.

Through your passion, you continue to recognise talent, build a community, and give children a positive space to grow, dream, and believe in themselves — helping keep them away from the trauma, pain, and challenges that an area like ours can face daily.
